Refund Policy

Because each study plan is personalized and delivered digitally, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the plan has been generated.

If we are unable to generate or deliver your plan because of a technical issue, we will either attempt to fix the issue and deliver the plan or provide a refund.

We do not provide refunds based on competition results, score changes, personal preference, or a parent's decision not to use the plan.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
